Chicken Fried Rice

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Serves: 3 persons
- 400g cooked rice
- 250g chicken breast
- 100g corn
- 100g mushroom
- 1/2 capsicum
- some garlic greens
- 3 carrots
- 1 onion
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp veg oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce

Preparation Method:
1. Wash, clean and cut all the vegetables and uncanned: slice carrot, onion, mushroom and capsicum.

2. Chop the garlic greens finely.

3. Dice the chicken in cube and marinate them with salt and peper.

4. In a chinese wok, fry the chicken and the vegetables.

5. Once well cooked add the rice,chopped garlic greens and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.

6. Add soy sauce and stir enough to mix all the brown color in the rice. (the cooked rice needs to be cold before cooked again)
