<b>Ingredients:</b><br />
- 400g cooked rice<br />
- 250g chicken breast<br />
- 100g corn<br />
- 100g mushroom<br />
- 1/2 capsicum<br />
- some garlic greens<br />
- 3 carrots<br />
- 1 onion<br />
- salt and pepper<br />
- 3 tbsp veg oil<br />
- 4 tbsp soy sauce<br />
<br />
<b>Preparation Method:</b><br />
1. Wash, clean and cut all the vegetables and uncanned: slice carrot, onion, mushroom and capsicum.<br />
<br />
2. Chop the garlic greens finely.<br />
<br />
3. Dice the chicken in cube and marinate them with salt and peper.<br />
<br />
4. In a chinese wok, fry the chicken and the vegetables.<br />
<br />
5. Once well cooked add the rice,chopped garlic greens and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.<br />
<br />
6. Add soy sauce and stir enough to mix all the brown color in the rice. (the cooked rice needs to be cold before cooked again)<br />

La pomme d'amour est une variété de petites tomates très prisée à Maurice.<br />

Ingrédients :<br />
5 pommes d'amour,<br />
1 oignon, <br />
2 petits piments,<br />
huile, sel et poivre.<br />

Préparation :<br />
Couper les pommes d'amour en petits morceaux, <br />
ajouter les oignons et les piments finement hâchés, <br />
mélanger avec l'huile, <br />
saler et poivrer. <br />
Ce chutney ce prépare également avec des pommes d'amour bouillies et ensuite épluchées et écrasées. <br />
